1) To view devices assigned to you in the Hamline Service Portal, go to the portal at https://hamline.service-now.com/sp and then click on "Login" in the upper right part of the window.
2) Next, click on "My Stuff"
3) This should bring you to a page that lists your open incidents and requests. Towards the bottom of the page, there should be a section for "Assets/Devices Assigned to You". This is the list of all the devices. By default it's sorted by node number, but you can click any column to sort by that column.
Asset tag = node number
Cost center = Cost center the device is assigned to
Model = Model of device
Device Type = whether the device is Desktop, Laptop, Monitor, or Mobile
Serial Number = Serial number of device
State = currently the filter is only looking for "In Use" (currently deployed) devices. There are other states such as "On order" (it's been ordered, but not received yet), "In Stock" (on campus, but not assigned to anyone), "Awaiting Retirement" (collected by ITS, waiting to get sent back to the leasing company), "Retired" (collected by the leasing company).
Substate = could be "Replacement Iniitated" (order has been placed for replacement, and is in process), "Not Replacing" (user has marked the device as not going to be replaced, but ITS hasn't picked it up yet), or blank (normal in use)
Location = Location of device. Should include building and room number
Lease end = When the lease expires on the device
Monthly cost = How much the device costs each month
You can click on the asset tag number to view more information on that device
You can also click on the "hamburger" menu in the upper right of the section to get options to export the data:
